You'll find our Sweet Homes in the lovely oceanside towns of Yachats and Waldport, on the Central Oregon Coast. Located thirty minutes south of Newport, Yachats is known as the "Gem of the Oregon Coast." It's quaint, artsy, and there’s not a chain store in sight! Yachats offers visitors restaurants, art galleries, coffee and wine shops, and much more to explore! Not only are there sandy beaches to fly kites, have bonfires, and build sand castles, you'll also spend hours exploring the local tide pools along the rocky coastal terrain. With plentiful hiking trails, dramatic coastal views, beautiful nearby lighthouses, and fresh seafood galore, this is an oceanside vacation destination for everyone to enjoy! Just fifteen minutes North of Yachats you'll find some of our homes in Waldport Oregon. With miles of sandy beaches, forest roads, and a picturesque bay, Waldport offers activities to be enjoyed by the entire family! You'll find windsurfing, kayaking, boating, fishing, sailing, hiking, golf, a new skate park, and antique stores for treasure hunting.

In both Yachats and Waldport, Oregon, you'll have tons of chances to watch whales, enjoy playful seals and sea lions, and even spot the occasional shark. On the Central Oregon Coast, the storms are as spectacular as the stunning sunsets.  It’s hard for our guests to decide what they love more at the coast: sunny days or stormy days!

Our Sweet Homes are also close to Newport Oregon where you'll find deep sea fishing, exceptional restaurants, a world class aquarium, and unique shopping opportunities. And just to the south of Yachats, you'll find the Haceta Head lighthouse (the most photographed lighthouse on the west coast), Cape Perpetua for hiking and amazing scenic views, and the world famous Oregon Dunes in the City of Florence, Oregon, just to the south of Yachats.
