With a wrap-around deck on the outside of the home and large ocean facing windows on 3 sides of the house, "Rooms with A View" offers 270-degree Oceanside views from sunrise to sunset, and in the glimmer of moonlight. This home is oceanfront relaxationat its best year-round: equally dramatic & stunning in sunshine and during dramatic and beautiful Oregon Coast storms!

This luxury home sleeps 8 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are two bedrooms with king/queen size beds (including one with a fireplace!), and another bedroom with two twin bunk beds that sleep 4 people. There is a kitchen with an ocean view and a counter eating area, a laundry room, plenty of closet space, a dining and TV watching area, and a large livingroom with a big, beautiful stone fireplace looking out over the Pacific Ocean. The outdoor ocean-viewing deck areas are as spectacular as the indoor space. There's easy rocky beach access and this home is close to the charming town of Yachats, the 804 trail, and lots of other central Oregon coast activities.

Incredible view, couldn't tear myself away! We saw pelicans, seals, gulls of course, and as the sun was rising we spotted a coyote trotting along the rocks (must have been out for his daily walk like the people with their pooches along the ocean drive.) We dug some mussels for dinner with pasta and mushrooms we picked down by Heceta Head. We found a miniature pearl in one! I hope the house is available every time I get a chance to come back.

Rooms with a View was a great family vacation for us, and believe me the whole family enjoyed it. We watched the ocean for hours, walked along the shore, had some great family meals made in that wonderful kitchen, and really enjoyed the fireplace! Happy New Year 2011! Stayed here with eight friends to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Had a blast. I loved the view! Have dinner at Ona up the street in Yachats – amazing food! And coffee at The Green Salmon – amazing coffee! Cheers!

Travelled from Minnesota to spend spring break with our adult kids. ‘A Room With a View’ lived up to the expectations. Very relaxing & multiple rainbows to enhance the moments that were ever changing. Nice respite from the hecticness.
