Sweet Homes Rentals (SHR) is owned and run by Todd & Kate, who also rent their own beach houses through SHR.  Sweet Homes is a family owned boutique rental business: we represent the most beautiful and luxurious central Oregon coast homes, and we never aspire to be “just another big rental company.”  We pride ourselves on representing high quality homes, providing top notch customer service, and being dedication to our guests and our home owners.  As both avid travelers and vacation rental guests, as well as rental home owners ourselves, Kate & Todd bring their own high expectations for quality and service to Sweet Homes Rentals.

Our 24/7 onsite property manager is Kasey Baker, and she is a very big part of what makes Sweet Homes different from other rental companies.  Kasey is a Yachats resident and a professional architect, designer, and artist who brings 15 years of experience in design and project management expertise to Sweet Homes as manager of all of our Sweet Homes. Kasey is available 24/7 for emergencies or other questions or problems at our homes, and our professional cleaning & maintenance teams are on call to handle any issues that arise at your home quickly, professionally, and with quality and integrity.  At Sweet Homes, we care deeply about the needs and wishes of our homeowners; with our onsite team, we take better care of our homes than any rental compay on the coast.
