Sweet Homes Rentals is owned and run by Todd & Kate, who also own one of the rental properties.  Sweet Homes is a family owned boutique rental business: we represent the most beautiful and luxurious central Oregon coast homes, and we never aspire to be “just another big rental company.”  We pride ourselves on high quality homes, top notch customer service, and dedication to our guests and our home owners.  As both avid travelers and vacation rental guests, and rental home owners ourselves, we bring our high expectations for quality and service to Sweet Homes Rentals.

Our property manager is Wendy Snidow, a long time resident of Yachats and a successful coastal real estate agent who now manages all of our homes.    Wendy and her team are available 24/7 for emergencies or other questions or problems at our homes.
