A Shore Thing: Conveniently located in the Bayshore community of Waldport, A Shore Thing has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up to 6 guests. It’s as perfect for a romantic oceanside retreat as it is for a friends and family getaway. The brightly lit living area is open to the kitchen and dining room and is great for enjoying the Pacific Ocean and the ever-changing sand dunes.

Lightkeepers Retreat

Lightkeepers Retreat: This comfortable and roomy 5-bedroom home sleeps up to 12 and is perfect for family getaways or small retreats. Lightkeepers Retreat is centrally located in Newport with access to the best of what the central Oregon coast has to offer. The cross-gable architecture gives each floor of this three-story home its own unique character.

Surf & Sand

Surf & Sand: This one-bedroom, two-bath condo accommodates up to 4 guests with plenty of sleeping options. Located in the Nye Beach District of Newport, the neighborhood has restaurants, shops, galleries, and live entertainment to enjoy. Surf & Sand is also an easy walk to the public beach access. Enjoy the wonderful view of the coastline and the working lighthouse on Yaquina Head.

Moolack Lodge

Moolack Lodge: This fabulous ocean view home, nestled on a hill amongst forested pines, offers sweeping ocean views from its spacious great room and all three bedrooms. Moolack Lodge reflects a contemporary yet rustic aesthetic, sleeps up to 7 guests and has 4 bathrooms. You’ll enjoy the cathedral ceilings, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and west-facing deck, perfect for sunsets.

Spouting Horn Two: The perfect home base for all of your central coast activities, Spouting Horn Two is a studio with a comfy King bed and a living area with a sofa that can be made into a sleeper. Boasting a spectacular Depoe Bay view, your visit to the “Whale Watching Capital of the Oregon Coast” is sure to be a memorable one.

Spouting Horn Three: A one-bedroom apartment with a comfy King bed and separate living/dining area, Spouting Horn Three is the perfect place to sit on the sleeper sofa and watch the ocean and the wonderful Depoe Bay views. There is plenty to enjoy all within walking distance. You can stay busy for days exploring up and down the coast from this convenient location!

The Coastal Jewel

The Coastal Jewel: Perched above the Pacific Ocean, The Coastal Jewel has commanding views and is just steps to a pristine sandy beach. Close to the popular off-shore rock formations of Seal Rock, the Coastal Jewel sleeps 4 and offers an open great room concept with an oceanfront deck. It is a fantastic place to relax and watch the waves.

Sand and Sky

Sand & Sky: This bright home with a wonderful wall of large west-facing windows, offers gorgeous views of the ocean, sand, and sky. Located in the Bayshore community of Waldport, Sand & Sky’s open concept is perfect for family and friends to be able to enjoy each other’s company while playing board games, cooking, or watching a favorite movie.

Surf Perch: This wonderful upstairs standalone unit sleeps two and features weathered woods, soft whites, and eco-friendly bamboo wood floors. Surf Perch is located just south of Yachats and is situated among the trees with views of Stonefield Beach and access to Mill Creek. If you’re a larger group you can add the adjacent Stonefield Beach House which sleeps another 6 guests.

Stonefield Beach House: Just south of Yachats, you will find the Stonefield Beach House, designed with a minimalist, soothing palette. This eco-friendly home sleeps six and is situated among the trees with views of Stonefield Beach. Enjoy the organic materials and shapes throughout the design, including the hand-cut wood beams and large hand-stacked rock fireplace.
