2023 Farmers’ Markets on the Central Oregon Coast

Shopping at the farmers’ markets on the central Oregon coast can be an enjoyable experience for those who appreciate fresh, locally-grown produce and unique artisanal products. The atmosphere at these markets between Lincoln City and Florence is friendly and relaxed, with live music and other forms of entertainment adding to the festive ambiance. It’s common to see families with children, couples, and individuals enjoying the colorful displays of fresh produce and handcrafted items. Luckily for us, many of the markets are on different days throughout the week making it easy to shop them all!

Lincoln City Farmer’s and Crafter’s Market opens May 14 and is every Sunday, 9 am-2 pm at 7755 US-101 in the Salishan Marketplace parking lot. The Market is a showcase for local produce growers, farmers, bakers, wineries, creameries, artisan foods, and one-of-a-kind expertly handcrafted items. Farmers offer distinct high-quality produce, meat, cheese, honey, eggs, organic hummus and dips, healthy plants, and more.

Newport Farmers’ Market opened on March 25 and is every Saturday, 9 am-1 pm on the corner of Angle St. and Hwy 101. Rain or Shine! 60 Vendors offer an array of seasonal produce, art, fresh flowers, nursery plants, jewelry, photography, hot food, fresh pastries, honey, salsas, coffee, crafts, and live music!

Waldport Wednesday Market opens May 3 and is every Wednesday, 9 am-2 pm in the Waldport Community Center parking lot. Meet local artists, food vendors, and residents!

Yachats Farmers’ Market opens May 14 and is every Sunday, 9 am-2 pm. Source for fresh, locally grown produce, food products, and craft items. It includes organic produce and plants, vendors of choice, wild and exotic culinary mushrooms, and natural crafts.

Florence Farmers’ Market opens May 23 and is every Tuesday, 3 pm-6 pm with a new location at the Port of Siuslaw Boardwalk. Features a variety of food grown or produced using organic practices within a 60-mile radius of Florence: fresh-picked produce, baked goods, meat, poultry, eggs, mushrooms, and more!
