Yachats Homes Just Added!

We’ve just brought on two more homes in beautiful Yachats that are ready to be your next vacation getaway on the Central Oregon coast!

Rio Mar (shown above) is located across the street from the Yachats Estuary – where the Yachats River opens up to the ocean. Perfectly located in the center of town, yet quiet and private, the street-to-street property provides parking, a dog-friendly fenced yard, and easy access to walk to town.

With 5 bedrooms and 2 baths, Rio Mar sleeps up to 10 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows line the ocean-facing wall, providing the kitchen, dining, and living room with natural light and an unbeatable view of the rocky and sandy shore. The living room has plenty of space and seating for the whole family to convene. There are two bedrooms plus a den downstairs, two with Queen beds and one with a King that can be split into two twins. The King bedroom has access to the deck with its own exterior door and ocean views. Two other bedrooms await up the stairs; one with a King bed and second-floor ocean views and the other down the hall with a Queen bed. All bedrooms include streaming televisions for when it’s time to wind down for the night. Also, enjoy the theater/game room attached to the house and watch your favorite movie or sports team on the 75″ television.

Ya-Hut is perfect for enjoying an extended vacation of 30-45 nights. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, this home sleeps up to 6 guests. Nestled in the trees on a hill in Yachats, this house is surrounded by the quiet serenity of the forest, while still being close enough to the ocean to hear and see the sea.

This cute home has an open concept with a vaulted ceiling reaching up to a lofted bedroom. Each area flows into the other, while still being cozy and close, so the whole family can enjoy vacation together even if they are enjoying different activities. One family member can cook in the kitchen, another can watch their favorite TV show or movie while another looks for whales from the ocean view living room, loft, or deck.

The front deck is a great place to take in the view, as well as the sounds and sights of the dense Oregon forest land. Take a walk from the deck through lush pines, ferns, and flowers, and end up on the street that will lead you to the cute, artsy village of Yachats. Take time to explore the shops, restaurants, galleries, and ocean beaches.
