Beach Time has a natural sunlit living area which is open to the kitchen and dining room, has wonderful ocean views, and is great for friends and family to enjoy time together. Relax in the outdoor space with dinner on the deck while watching the sun sink beyond the western horizon over the Pacific. The breakfast nook is the perfect start to the day where you can sit and listen to the sound of the waves. On stormy days, you can watch the changing weather while the wood stove keeps you warm and comfy inside.
Beach Time features all living spaces and bedrooms at ground level so everything is accessible and comfortable. The primary bedroom suite, with its own private bath, is where you can relax and appreciate the ocean views. There is a door from the bedroom that accesses the pergola enclosed hot tub which can be enjoyed in any season that you stay. Two more bedrooms, with a shared bath, are down the hall. Miles of sandy beach are right in front of Beach Time and access couldn't be any easier! You will have a fun time collecting shells, looking for agates, building sandcastles, flying kites, and walking on the beach all during your stay at Beach Time!
Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.
Sleeps up to 8 - 3 Bedrooms, 1 King, 1 King (that can be separated into two extra long Twin beds -- with prior notice), 1 Queen and 1 Queen sofa sleeper located in the living room, 2 baths.
Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (Strictly enforced) No boats, trailers or RV's per HOA Rules.
Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

This home was perfect for our stay. It is an older home but has had some nice updates. It is a good size with a great floor plan. We loved that there was a beautiful beach right out our back door and the hot tub was wonderful to relax in in the evening. It had everything that we needed for our stay and the host was quick to respond and take care of any issues we had.

Great vacation rental! Love the enclosed hot tub. Beds are comfy, kitchen is full stocked, and living room is great for hanging out on a chilly day by the fire watching movies. Definitely recommend.

This home is perfect in every way! We wanted to take advantage of the warmer weather and booked for a relaxing weekend. To start, the sunset!!!!! We could not have had a better view than we did from the back deck! We spent all day walking on the beach and agate hunting with our dog, who I think enjoyed the house and beach even more than we did! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was so comfortable, the hot tub was secluded and perfect! Amazing selection of books and games for the evening! The host was very responsive and accommodating with an early check in. Also the WI-FI was strong so no issues getting a little work done! We can’t wait to book our next trip here.

This was one of the best vacation homes in which we've stayed. The check in was on an iPad. The house was wonderful with amazing access to the ocean and a hot tub looking west at the sunsets. It was quiet and had a week equipped kitchen. Great lighting. Very relaxing. Even the check out process was easy. Highly recommend.

Went here for a summer trip and the house was good. Might need a few updates, but I imagine upkeep is tough on the ocean with the weather. Location is nice. The deck is amazing and the house has beautiful views of the ocean. We saw whales the whole trip right off the beach. Good access to beautiful and not crowded beach. Layout of the house is really nice and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. About 20 or so minutes to Newport and there are some good restaurants nearby. Had a very relaxing stay.

This home is at a great location!! It was so nice to just have a small walk to the beach. The big wall of windows in the living room was perfect for sitting and watching the waves. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently for cooking and there was an abundance of towels and washcloths. Sweet Homes was super good with communication. Thank you for a great place to stay!!

Loved the location, super quiet and beach went for miles. Amenities as expected and the comforts were well thought out. Beds can make or break a stay for us and these beds were wonderful, great linens and nice mattresses. The enclosed hot tub was such a nice plus!

Great location on miles and miles of sandy beach. The kitchen and bathrooms are dated but appliances and cooking utensils are good and in working order. Comfortable beds, high-quality TV screens, and quiet neighborhood. Not much to do or see in Waldport, but close to Yachats and Newport. Seeing Waldport's 4th of July fireworks (on the 3rd) from the beach with no crowds was a bonus!

What an amazing location and view! This house was perfect for our family. Unfortunately, there were some storms during our visit, but the location of this house made for quick and easy access to the beach. When it got too cold, we headed back to the house to enjoy the covered hot tub with fantastic views! The ping pong table was also a hit for the kids! We would have enjoyed the deck more if it had been warmer, but the view from inside the house with the chairs facing toward the ocean was fabulous. The layout of the house worked well for our family. The beds were all very comfortable. I felt that the house had everything we needed and appreciated the kid dishes, cups and silverware. I think the only downfall was no storage area for the food we had brought other than on the countertops. I like that they provided towel service, though we never had to take advantage of the service as there were enough towels in the house for us. Check-in and check-out where easy and communication with Sweet Homes was smooth. We definitely look forward to staying here again for our trips to the coast!

Such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view. Very quiet despite being right on the beach. The primary bedroom's king bed is so comfortable, I had to look it up. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need (minus spices and oils, but I like bringing my own anyway). The hot tub was clean (not too much chlorine) and such a nice way to watch the sunset. I hope to come back again soon!

We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen it had everything we needed. The jacuzzi was clean! Our beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows! The best part was stepping off the back porch onto the sand and watching the sunset!

We had a great stay here. The layout was very nice, the house has tons of windows all facing the ocean. Everything was clean and ready for us, the beds are comfy, quite firm mattresses with memory foam on top. The place isn't super fancy but it's updated and clean which was perfect. Access to the beach is easy. From the back of the house there are 4 stairs to navigate, then a sandy trail to the beach. There is also a path on the north end of the property which has no stairs which was helpful for our 94 year old mom. The hot tub was hot, as it should be and there is ping pong in the garage. We were comfortable and lacked for nothing! We'd love to go back.

The view of the ocean is hard to beat! When we came the weather was cool and rainy but the house was very welcoming as all the lights were on and music was playin on the TV. That really put us in a better mood! And the view is just drop-dead gorgeous! The layout is good with more than adequate space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen and dining areas work well and there are enough plate ware, pots and pans and utensils. Everyone liked the covered hot tub off the master bedroom. The location is convenient to Waldport and groceries. Overall- a great experience.

I'd recommend this beach house to anyone wants to feel like the ocean is at your back deck with sand in your toes from the steps down to the grasses..private path to the dunes/ocean. Great floorplan and 3 incredible bedrooms, 5 huge flatscreen TVs, including the fun room/garage with pool table and leather couch. A great getaway!
