This beach house was perfect for our 3-night stay on the Oregon coast. It was spacious, with enough room for our family of four to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed and front deck was terrific. Although we were fogged in and it was chilly, we still trekked to the beach which was just 3 blocks from the property. Host was responsive to all questions and made check-in very easy!

We had a wonderful time in this home! It was a great location with excellent beach access. Home is well stocked and comfortable with all that you need to enjoy a very comfortable and fun family vacation. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is safe and quiet! Hot tub was so nice as well! Professional and communicative. Would stay here again.

This place was lovely and clean. We visit Waldport often with family in town and this was by far the best AirBNB i have stayed at. The place was clean and tastefully decorated without being cluttered. The view was spectacular.

Changes in attitude was a great family friendly place. Short walk to an uncrowded beach. No backyard or firepit but there's a ping pong table, corn hole, hot tub and Foosball table available for the kids to enjoy. Loved the beautiful open concept on the main floor. Comfortable seating and lots of natural light. You have an ocean view on both floors. It was also nice to know that we didn't have to strip the bedding before walking out or putting a load of towels in the washer. As a matter of fact, they were even willing to bring us more towels if needed during our stay so we wouldn’t have to wash the towels. My FYIs for this home is to bring your own spices/condiments for meals; big soup pot and laundry detergent. Oh, and you may just want to air out the garage before letting the kids in to play; it had a musty smell. Other than that, we had an amazing week and would definitely consider returning.

This house was well maintained and had a lot of space. There is plenty of room and accommodations in the kitchen to make meals as well as a big table to fit all the guests. The TV in the living room is one of the BIGGEST I have seen and was fun to gather around and watch during one of the coastal storms. Each bed was comfortable and provided plenty of pillows and blankets. The house also came with a pack n play baby bed, baby gates to secure the stairs and a high chair. We will definitely be back to enjoy this house again!

Beautiful house, that was completely stocked and ready to use! We had young kids with us and brought items we needed for them (sand toys, stroller, high chair, games, books). We were surprised to find all of those things already at the house! The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved having the sand right there for the kids to play and the hot tub was fun too! It was just a short 20 minute drive to Newport, also along the way was tide pools and the cutest ice cream shop! Would definitely recommend this house for any family!

Everything we needed was in the home. I packed extra but didn't need anything extra. Home was clean. Great layout. Owners had a story book on the home. Rental company offered to bring more towels if needed. Short walk to the beach. Had a view of the beach. Was a lovely home especially for multi families.

Sweet Homes was the perfect getaway for our family! We came in the spring and it was cold and rainy outside but we loved using the hot tub to warm up after exploring outside. The decor was beautiful, the loft beds were fun with the beautiful view of the beach. The open kitchen with large counter and family room was fun for hanging out and watching movies. The only improvement would be if it was right on the beach but the 5 min walk was ok! I highly recommend this property!

We had a perfect weekend at Changes in Attitude. Every room was very comfortable, with plenty of room for us to relax and visit. It’s just a short walk to the beach from the property. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend. We all enjoyed the garage game room!

The home was fantastic! Loved the layout. Our two 12 year old grandkids loved having the upstairs to themselves, furniture was very comfortable, beds as well. Great kitchen area , hot tub and deck . We watched whales breaching from the deck! quick drive or short walk to great beach with few people. I had an issue at the home, and contacted the property manager, Devin who came right over and was wonderful . I later dealt with the management team of Sweet Homes rentals who were very professional, and resolved my issue in a prompt and friendly manor. I would definitely stay here again!

Our trip was a 3 day motorcycle trip to the coast and back to Boise. The location was great for a jump off point for day rides with the help of the hot tub to relax some tired muscles. The house was clean, quiet and equipped with everything we needed for a home cooked meal of oysters, crab and corn on the cob. Thanks again.

STAY HERE!! My first attempt at a "mommy daughter trip" with my 2 year old was a huge success thanks to this sweet spot! The awesome patio, in a quiet neighborhood allowed for us to be able to hear and see the ocean at all times of the day! Beach access just a few blocks away and a "beach" as a front yard with lots of sand toys was a huge hit with my 2 year old! Clean, cozy and up to date!

Excellent property close to the beach. The hot tub was clean and so enjoyable even on cool, windy days. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. A few minutes north to Newport of a few minutes south to Yachats it makes a great base to see a lot of the natural features of the coast. Enough rooms for everyone to have their own space. Everything was super clean. Loved the check in and check out processes on the tablet given social distancing.
