This open concept home has fabulous ocean views, a gas fireplace to keep you warm on cool coastal evenings, and opens to a large front deck. With plenty of seating, family and friends will enjoy this space to gather and visit, cook wonderful meals, or play a rousing board game together. The second floor landing boasts a second comfortable seating area for you to get away and savor some quiet time. Curl up with a good book or use the telescope for up-close ocean viewing and whale watching, or just sit and be amazed by the glorious sunset.
The Happy Clam has three bedrooms, all with king beds that can be split into two twins with prior notice. Relax and watch the ocean, moon, and stars from the comfort of bed or while enjoying the peace and quiet in your own private sitting area in either of the two spacious upstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom has fantastic ocean views and shares a pretty tiled bath with one door attached to one of the bedrooms, one door to the open landing. The third bedroom is on the main level with a shared bath in the hallway.
A game room in the garage with shuffleboard, Roll & Score, and a television will add to the enjoyment and overall entertainment during your stay. Whether strolling on the beach or enjoying one of Oregon's beautiful coastal storms, this home is perfect for a family vacation!
Sleeps up to 8 - 3 Bedrooms, 3 Kings (Can be split into two twins with prior notice), 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, 1 Queen Futon & 1 Twin Sofa Sleeper, 2 baths.

This house was exactly what we needed as a gathering place for a large family. We had plenty of space to roam both indoors and out. And the view of the ocean is spectacular. The house was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. We would stay here again!

Beautiful house with a stunning view of the ocean. The yard was extremely nice making this a great vacation spot for us and our fur babies. The house had a variety of cooking utensils making it possible for us to cook and eat at the house which was super convenient. The decorations were lovely and the overall vibe of the house was tranquil and homey. Absolutely will stay there again!!

The house was clean, the rooms were large and spacious. The large deck and hot tub overlooking the ocean was amazing, The upstairs bedrooms both have beautiful ocean views also. The game room in the garage was fun for the kids. There were a few issues with the BBQ elements rusting and burning out and a sink leaking but the rental company responded quickly and the owners replaced the BBQ the next day and checked on the plumbing. You can’t walk to the beach from the house but there are several beach access areas wishin a few minutes drive from the house.

Our family had such a great time at the happy clam! We love Waldport and visit once a year. Beds we’re comfortable and clean, tv in each room. Yard is awesome and hot tub was a nice bonus! The ocean views are breathtaking. We’ll definitely be going back!

We enjoyed a really great stay! The house was mostly stocked very well. The beds and surroundings were comfortable and we appreciated being able to have a king bed turned into 2 twins. The kitchen was nice and we liked that there was enough dish detergent tabs and laundry soap. The yard and deck were lovely for kids and adults, alike. You’ll love the big windows to overlook the ocean! Our first impressions were “wow”. It was comfortable for two families with kids of various ages. I’m quite sure this works for most people, and we found the drive to town, beach and local attractions quite easy.

We loved the space. There's lots of room to spread out and relax. We visited during a cold rainy weekend, having a great view and cozy space allowed us to enjoy the beach from a distance. The house was well stocked and the beds were comfy. The kids loved walking around the garden to explore. I thought the location would be disappointing (no direct beach access) but it wasn't a problem. We just drove 1/2 mile to the nearest beach and it was still convenient.

Great location, very homey and spacious. Hot tub was a nice addition, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. Loved the fenced in backyard, very dog friendly. Beds were very comfortable which is something I'm always skeptical about at Airbnb's, however we were pleasantly surprised :)

The check in was super simple it's done contact free with a tablet, if you need more linens you can order that on the tablet as well and they have a washer and dryer, this place would be perfect for a big family with kids they would be in heaven at this place, hell the adults were in heaven great hot tub and view, I would highly recommend this place and would stay again myself.

This place was really nice! It is on the left of the highway but it's on a little hill high enough up that you can see and hear the beach. The hot tub outside was soooo nice. The yard is beautiful, so nice for dogs. Beds super comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Nice house with nice view of the ocean. Beach access is not obvious but available through a path between houses on the street across the highway. Highway noise was noticeable but not bothersome. The hot tub was great and the beds were very comfortable.

Big house with really awesome views of the ocean. Great house for big groups of people and family's. Not far of a walk to walk down to the beach. The communication with the host was great. Loved having a hot tub to use at night. The property grounds was really maintained well. I would say only bad thing about the location is it's near the main road so if your outside it's a little noisy.

This was the perfect location for our family to quarantine on the Oregon Coast for Thanksgiving. The house is across the 101 from the ocean but the views were amazing. There was a short walk to the beach and we loved walking there everyday. The house was well stocked with cookware for making our large Thanksgiving meal. It was a great week.

This place has it all! Literally so much to do both inside and outside. We had 7 kids and they never got bored. The backyard was an incredible place to explore and the home was perfect for a vacation at the Ocean. Would highly recommend!!
