This is a wonderful location with a front row view of the ocean. The property is so well-maintained and furnished, with access to the beach. (Be aware that the path to the beach doesn't have a railing all the way down and could get very slippery in wet weather). This property's location seems to be a natural wind barrier to the usual windy beach conditions. It butts up to Hwy 101, but the sounds of the ocean block out the traffic noise. There is no cell service so be sure to download your passcode ahead of time. It is about a 10 minute drive to the nearest market. There was some confusion in terms of communication between VRBO and the property management company and the 5:00 p.m. check-in time seems extreme. Overall, this property is an amazing find. We loved it so much that we booked another stay before we left!

Absolutely beautiful home, access to very private beach, flowers and landscaping lovely, lots of kitchen utensils, warm gas fireplace for evenings, quiet, comfortable King beds in both masters, lovely deck, spacious and serene for four adults. Saw sea otters in the surf, nesting birds, and small tide pools along the beach. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect and the sunsets magnificent. We look forward to getting a break from the Phoenix heat and visiting again next year.

A beautiful and relaxing place to stay on the mid-Oregon coast. A nice secluded beach to walk. Not too far from Yacahts to the North and Florence to the South. Very close to State Parks along Hwy. 101.

A great place to stay. The view from the place is really extraordinary. Only hiccup is that you probably won't have cell service so make sure you have check in info saved before you get close.

This is the most amazing place on the Oregon coast. I can't recommend this place enough. It was perfect in every way. I have never stayed somewhere that was better. If you're going to the Oregon coast, I strongly suggest you check out the Oregon House resort. I promise you won't be disappointed in any way!

My fourth stay at the Oregon House and it gets better every time! Sweet Homes’ attention to detail is amazing. They anticipate every need with incredible attention to detail. Beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed the space it had to offer including the bedrooms, front living area, dining room and kitchen! We had a family of 6 and did not feel like we were on top of each other. Easy and private access to beach. Beautiful sunsets you can see from the balcony if you choose not to go down to the beach. We even extended our stay a couple more nights!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Oregon House- Estate House A. The location and the view is second to none. We had a couple of small issues early in the stay, but they responded and addressed quickly. This was my first trip to the Oregon Coast and can't imagine a location that would give a better opportunity to enjoy the beauty the area offers.
