My family of four and I loved our long weekend at this beach house. The interior of the home was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen utensils. The beds were very comfortable. Appliances and fixtures were all very to use. The hot tub was very clean and the water was hot when we arrived. The host provided a map of the walking path to the beach which came in handy. It takes about 5 minutes to walk and there's no need to cross any busy streets. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the property, as well as how nicely appointed it is. The hot tub was clean and lovely for relaxing, and you can hear the ocean so well. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and with good functioning equipment. The customer service was quick and efficient for a need we brought to their attention upon arrival, even after hours. The best part was how light and bright it is - the west facing windows and skylights are perfect. Waldport is one of our favorite Oregon coastal towns, and this house helped make our return to Waldport a wonderful experience.

This was an amazing Airbnb right near the ocean! The hosts made the home super cozy & family/pet friendly. We had everything we needed for our stay such as pots, pans, coffee grinder, etc. the only thing I’d recommend is bringing your own spices, they do have salt & pepper though. They also had 3 crab pots to use if youre looking to catch some crabs! We really enjoyed our stay, but would love to be back!

This home was very spacious, clean, comfortable and less than 10 min walk to the beach! Short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and many other fun beach towns close by. Hosts were very responsive to questions. We really enjoyed morning and sunset beach walks and the hot tub in the evenings. Overall a great place to stay when visiting the area!

Very clean upon arrival. Great pots and pans for food preparation, which allowed us to make a lot of wonderful meals with fresh seafood. The house was perfect for our stay — spacious, comfortable, well appointed. (Big beds. Much appreciated.) At one point there were eight of us and it was still comfortable. Six is optimal — a great common room and private bedrooms. We also enjoyed a few nights to ourselves and it still felt cozy. It’s a lovely home and we settled in easily and happily, as did our dog. (Very reasonable pet fee, btw.) The walk to the beach is not direct from the yard (as the images appear to suggest) but it is explained well on the welcome tablet. The particular entry point is excellent — the pacific to the left, the bay and Alsea river to the right. We saw seals, pelicans, breaching whales, marveled at the cross currents generated by the confluence of waters. A special place for certain. Great access by car to Yachats and Newport, hence our ability to cook amazing meals at home. There has been some recent work on the property which was an initial surprise, but on the whole, it really was the perfect spot for us. Great for friends or a family.

Fantastic location with lots of windows to view the ocean from main living area. Home was clean, comfy beds, and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub after rainy days; and appreciated that plenty of towels were available for our group.

The house has a better view of the mouth of the river than I thought. Beach access is ok. Was hoping to take the baby stroller but it wasn't doable. Best part was a coffee shop with amazing scones within a couple minute walk. Definitely plan to stay here again.

Cozy home, nicely furnished with beautiful ocean views! Nice open concept living and dining room area with comfy beds and linens. The beach access is not super convenient, but it was very cold and blustery so we only got out to the beach twice- between rain and hailstorms! We were glad to have a warm place to hang out and enjoy watching the storm. Kitchen was well stocked. I brought a few large pans for specific recipe needs but other than that I had everything I needed to cook meals for 6 people! We stopped in Newport for groceries on the way to Waldport. The full-sized refrigerator was a real plus. One of the stove burners was out, but we were told about this ahead of time. All told, we had a great time!

Great place for a family. they even had blocks, Legos and tons of kids books in the house. the kitchen is very well equipped, with pretty much any tool or dish you might need. and so close to a great Sandy beach!

We enjoyed a family reunion/vacation at this property. We loved that we could bring our furry children as well. Everyone enjoyed the beach and we had great weather. The path to the beach once we found it was charming. The neighbors that surrounded this property were very friendly. Compared to other houses we have stayed in there were plenty of towels, supplies and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed.

WORTH. IT. The hot tub, the views, the access to the beach...everything was great. There were some nice neighbors that showed me the access to the beach and it was AWESOME. Absolutely wonderful! Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Located on a private street, with a good view of the beach and ocean. Easy walk to the beach. Fully equipped, sunny kitchen, stylish, serene bedrooms. Great extras for kids, books, toys, beach gear (even a pop-up tent to take to the beach!). Fooseball table in the garage. Nice hot tub, on the front deck, but private. I want to go back already!!

This was a nice gem get away place. Cute place. We had a pretty view of the ocean. The trail to beach access took us a moment to find but we asked a neighbor who helped. Stairs lead you down to the sand. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The fireplace was nice and cozy. Hot tub was great, and shaded on the larger deck Check in/our instructions very helpful and easy. Will definitely be back.

Great house with a wonderful ocean view and lots of natural light. It is well situated with plenty of room and all the basic amenities. The location is also great if traveling up and down the coast, easy to find and a great jumping off point. The beach access isn't quite as expected as it is a bit confusing to locate and not clearly marked or talked about in the guide, but isn't too far and once found, fairly easy to access. This place does have a hot tub which was amazing, but it does not overlook the ocean which was a small disappointment. Overall, our stay was amazing and we would definitely visit again. Thank you Sweet Homes for hosting us and letting us stay in this awesome ocean view home!

The home is very nice and offers a good amount of privacy. There is a beautiful view of the beach in the day and so many stars at night. The beach is just a short walk away, as is a wonderful coffee shop. The home has a great living room with a view and a fire place which makes it seem extra cozy. The kitchen is set up nicely for any cooking/entertaining needs. The beds are large and comfortable & the hot tub was warm and relaxing. Our stay was most enjoyable, we loved the peace & quiet & the home had all the creature comforts one could ask for. We would rent again for sure.

I would, without a doubt, recommend a stay here. Great communication with host. Pictures do not do this space justice. It was beautiful inside. And full of most everything one would need when renting a home. And super comforting and styllish. The wood burning fireplace was fantastic. Absolutely spotless inside. Which gave us piece of mind during this pandemic. Hot tub was glorious and pretty secluded. Views of the beach and surf were better than expected. Beach access was just a 5 minute walk and easy to access (we're a group of able bodied 30-somethings). Plus foosball in the garage. Also, towels. Plenty of towels. Plus, Waldport downtown is only a few few minutes drive. And super low key and welcoming.

The house is nestled in a quiet little community with about 8 homes. Quick access to the beach. Endless beach I might say. The house fit our family of 5 wonderful. The communication with our host was exceptional.

Fabulous!

This home was a perfect escape from real life. Awesome views. Very cozy and updated. The walk to the beach is not bad, be careful though it has a steep spot. You can see where the river comes into the ocean from the balcony and large windows, the tides are unique and beautiful.We had great weather and a fire on the beach. Perfect!
