We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean. The view was gorgeous with quick access to the beach. It was an easy walk to restaurants, and we had everything we needed available in the kitchen to make a meal in when we wanted to have a relaxing night in after being out all day. Directions to get in were clear. Gated parking lot was a bonus. Would stay again!

Our stay with Sweet Homes was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect and walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in Nye Beach. The condo was very homey and comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular! We actually loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra night and they responded within minutes and we're able to accommodate our request. The host I spoke with also gave us some local restaurant recommendations and we wound up having the best Italian dinner we've ever had while watching the sunset from our balcony. Dr doesn't get much better than that. I would absolutely recommend renting through Sweet Homes if you are planning on staying at the Oregon Coast!!

Our family of three enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the three of us - master bedroom with bathroom, and a separate bathroom for our teen, who loved the Murphy bed in the living room. The view of the beach was perfect; especially around sunset. Easy walking distance to the beach, and several restaurants, pubs, cafes, and ice cream shops. Very "Nye"ce area of Newport!

This is our new favorite place on the Oregon Coast! The location can't be beat for stormwatching and everything else Nye Beach has to offer. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed (though honestly, we didn't cook much), including sharp knives, which are always appreciated, and an electric kettle. Great showerheads, comfy furniture, easy access in and out. There's a code for the parking lot gate and another for the unit--I got one on text and the other on email, so I did some standing in a storm to find the right gate code on my phone. That is a very small quibble and we will certainly be back! Communication was super prompt.

this is the perfect place to stay and watch the waves and is close enough to Newport and Lincoln city to do things there too. The house is clean and well kept, with a fully stocked kitchen, if you want to cook. more than ample towels and bathroom supplies for the time we were there. Nye beach is a cute little costal town with fun shops and restaurants, we recommend Nana Irish pub, very good food. and for a coffee and sweet treat the Blue pig is lovely. Thank you for a great stay.

Great condo in Newport. Awesome ocean view on a cliff overlook. Great walking to beach, local shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Very clean. Unlike some other Airbnbs this one does not have spices/condiments, but they tell you that explicitly in the pre-visit emails. Quiet complex and neighborhood. We got down to the beach, but on a rainy day enjoyed staying inside and still watching the ocean. Will definitely be back!

This place made for a perfect weekend getaway. We loved the ocean views and sounds! The place was very practical- had everything you could need in the kitchen, a cabinet full of games, a Roku, patio furniture, tons of space and bed options, there were even beach chairs and wagons AND a washer and dryer in the unit.

This condo unit is very convenient to being able to walk to the Nye Beach restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed not having to drive anywhere for our breakfasts or our dinners.. And the view of the ocean from the balcony is breathtakingly beautiful and the sound of the waves so relaxing to hear too! There was a stackable washer and dryer in the unit that made it really convenient for us to do some laundry while relaxing. And we really appreciated that amenity.. We also found the host to be very communicative and helpful if we had any questions.

From start to finish was simple & quick. The online picks don't do the room justice. It's very welcoming, you settle right in like being at home. I've never been somewhere where they have so many room amenities, you literally have Everything you need or might need. The ocean view is the best. You can come here and don't have to leave, food and entertainment is all in walking distance. This place is deff on our return list.
