We stayed at the Coastal Jewel over new years. We wanted to let you know that was the most sparkling clean home we have ever rented. Spotless! We rent homes regularly and know that luxurious views and styling are only part of the experience. We really appreciate when staff and management go out of their way to have spaces clean warm and ready for enjoyment. We will definitely seek out Sweet Homes next time we stay at the coast.

for a two-bedroom home it feels very comfortable. there was a total of four of us and no issues on space. the house is perched up above the beach so when you're inside the living room or the master bedroom it feels like you're right on the shoreline with the waves coming right in at you. beautiful location, the wife and kids loved the home, and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights to do some whale watching and check out the coast. Walking the beach in the morning with coffee was great, found some interesting little forested areas off the beach that were really fascinating. Beautiful house and surroundings.

Absolutely stunning house! Did not want to leave! Gorgeous views, super comfortable beds, great kitchen, everything was perfect! Easy walk down to the beach, could even spot starfish and seals with the binoculars in the house. I will be dreaming about this house...

Stunning views and a beautiful home with all the amenities is exactly what this home had. Everything was centered around the amazing ocean views including the master bedroom and bath, just as stated on line. We rent alot of homes and cabins all over the USA and this one was top notch all the way. We will definitely be coming back.

I can’t say how magical this place is. The home was beautiful. The location was amazing. The views were spectacular and the walks were invigorating. My sister and I were able to relax and connect. When we weren’t enjoying the view or the beach we were able to find great places to eat in Newport. It was one of the best vacations of my life. I’ve decided I have to bring my husband back here. Thanks for providing a wonderful home for our visit!

View! Private. Spotless. Well-stocked kitchen. K cup coffee maker with a few cups provided. Laundry soap. No beach towels or chairs, however we did not see anyone camping out on the beach. We enjoyed the deck with the fabulous view and no sand. The trail to the beach could be treacherous for some. We hope to return.

Stayed in this property many years ago so the renovations made since then were great! The views were exactly as described and home was very comfortable! The beach access was a little difficult for the grandparents but doable with an abundance of caution! Thanks for sharing this lovely property!

We stayed three nights in the midst of a storm and ice and a power outage and it was still an amazing home to stay in. Just cuddled into blankets and watched the ocean roll. 10 out 10, would stay here over and over again.

We loved this place! Beautiful home and beautiful views! We watched whales and incredible sunsets every night from the deck. The kitchen has every bowl, utensil, and gadget need. The home was very clean and the host was great to work with. We will definitely be back!

The home is impeccable and a well designed, complete remodel. We have never stayed in such a clean vacation home rental. It is only about 8 minutes to the town of Newport for restaurants and grocery. The views from the main living area and the primary bedroom are absolutely breathtaking! The narrow street to get to this home has some potholes and the outside of the home looks weathered. But, not to worry, you will be massively impressed once you open the front door and step inside! We all appreciated the beach art, small greenery, pottery, textured baskets and rope lighting. So beautifully decorated! We devoted our final day to sitting by the windows to watch the spectacular rough ocean serf!

My husband and I travelled here to the coast after a few days around WA and OR. Pictures do not do this home justice. It’s absolutely stunning! Gorgeous coastal decor, well-stocked with everything you need. Comfortable bed with high quality linens. We made dinner a few nights after picking up the freshest seafood in Newport. Kitchen had it all. You can tell the owners thought through it all. The beach was an easy walk down and was covered in jasper, agates and more! We spent hours on end beach combing. We cannot wait to come back and bring our kids, this is a great place for a small family to stay but was also really perfect for just the two of us adventuring on an anniversary trip.

My jaw literally just dropped when I walked through the front door. The sunshine and view from the living room brought me to tears. I immediately forgot all the plans we had for the week and just wanted to sit near the windows with a good book and enjoy the view. This house is immaculate, airy, and has this amazing calming vibe that helps you forget your life back home. Like you want to just leave all your things behind, move right in and start writing jaunty beach novels. We will be back!

We truly enjoyed this thoughtfully -appointed, beautiful beach house. It had everything we needed to immediately feel at home. I especially appreciated the top-tier pillows, blankets, towels, linens, appliances and overall interior design. The view is breathtaking and not easily captured in a photo. Immaculately maintained. Stunning beach just a short walk from Seal Rock.

Beautiful home and very well appointed! Incredible views! The bed is comfortable and includes great linens. Every gadget or utensil was provided for convenient meal prep. My winter visit made me question the safety at the shore - looked like rip tide - so I spent more time admiring the beach below instead of exploring it. Fantastic hiking nearby. The manager was incredible - they called to advise anything I might need to bring (coffee) and to offer an early check-in. I would visit this property often.

The location of this house can’t be beat! A place where you can stock the fridge and happily not leave for a week. Our family with young kids had a great time playing at the beach each day and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The house is well stocked and we had everything we needed (and more) in the kitchen. The house was very clean and peaceful. Communication was easy and we would book again! Amazing beach house!

We had the most incredible stay at the Coastal Jewel in Seal Rock. Very relaxing, Phenomenal views, beautiful modern home, fully stocked, fantastic location. We will definitely be visiting again. We went paddle boarding and kayaking at Beaver Creek which was 2 minutes away from this home. One of the most gorgeous places we’ve ever visited. We loved how close to Newport and Waldport it was. If we could give this home ten stars we would.

It was a wonderful home to stay in! The kitchen is well stocked with items such as an immersion blender, huge crock pot and even a waffle maker :) The views from the windows are stunning, theres SO much to do in the area, and its fun to watch the action on the beach and water through their huge binoculars.
