We had such a lovely time here. You can't beat the beach access, it's so nice to be able to walk out the door onto the sand with the kiddos. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful when we needed something and we would definitely come back.

Arrival was nice with the music going and soft lights on. The beds were comfortable too. The view is fantastic, right on the beach and it’s an easy drive to nearby towns of Waldport, Yachats and Newport. The game room was a fun amenity too for the kids! The spices were nice but only two pods for the coffee maker. A nice relaxing stay on the beach.

This house is great for a family vacation! It had everything we needed and amazing views of the ocean. We loved the beach access and proximity to both Waldport and Yachats. The game room in the garage was fun too!

We stayed with my brother and sister-in-law (from Chicago and new to the OC) after a 4 year lapse due to Covid. Had a wonderful stay. All other reviews were pretty accurate. One plus not previously mentioned was that, after letting it run for a moment, the water from the hose on the deck will spray warm water. Not a huge deal, but when rinsing off sand from the beach, the warm water is a nice touch. Also needed help with reconnecting TV after a power outage & staff were spot on.

We rented this house for Memorial weekend. A total of three adults and four children, house was very spacious well-ke beautiful views easy beach access comfortable beds. Overall fantastic family vacation only note I know the views are beautiful and that’s what we’re paying for, however black out curtains in bedrooms would be beneficial so my children did not get up with the sun. Other than that can’t complain about a thing!

Great property- house met all our needs. We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect - beach access was perfect and our little granddaughter loved it! Check in super quick and COVID friendly ---would stay again! The only thing I would add is if the back yard had a fenced area for the dogs :) We didn't use the game room this time too much time on the beach --- but it had everything we would have needed!

We loved this beautiful home but the beach stole our heart and we don't want it back!  The sunsets from the porch are priceless.  The house decor is perfect for the beach and there is a view of the ocean from every room, most with porch access from a large slider.  Think BIG views from BIG windows!  We opened the patio doors and let the cool breeze and waves lull us to sleep at night.  The property management company was fantastic, as well.  Their email with detailed driving instructions and property instructions was very helpful.

"Perhaps the best rental home on the Central Oregon coast"

Highly recommended. Our party consisted of 4 adults for a girlfriends' getaway. This home has high-end linens and blankets. Beautiful matching dishes and silverware. We cooked all but two meals here during our four night stay. Kitchen had every imaginable pan, baking dish, blender, coffee maker, etc. The home was immaculately clean with no weird smells--and I'm fussy. Well-maintained home with everything operational. Lovely comfortable furniture. The upstairs shower with that window that looks out over the beach was very cool. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean and ready to go when we arrived. Access to broad beautiful sandy beach right out the back door was heavenly. We walked for hours on the sand. Winter rate of "three nights for the price of two" is an outrageous bargain for this luxurious home. No unnecessary booking fees or property insurance fees. Property management team very easy to work with. I almost hate to tell you this is a superior rental because I want to come here myself again and again.

This home had everything we wanted for our family trip. The view of the ocean was fabulous. The beachfront access was extremely convenient for us, especially for my father who is a below the knee amputee. The balconies from each room made it convenient for couples to have some romantic moments watching the sea away from the rest of the family. The game room also put to extensive use and the kitchen (especially the gas stove and counter space) appealed to the do-it-yourself gourmet in our family. The hot tub (and most of the property for that matter) is very private. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be back in the future.

Family vacation! We all had a great time! My son stated to us Friday after going to the beach 3 times that “tomorrow I want to go to the beach 10 times.” And with 70? and sunny blue skies he was good on his promise. We would love to return. I agree 100% with Alison, below. My husband and I spent our anniversary in this beautiful home on the beach and we did not want to leave. The kitchen is a pleasure in which to cook, the ocean view and sounds of waves from the patios and decks, the very comfortable beds, and the whirlpool tub for two (and that's not even the hot tub outside) made for a memorable and enjoyable stay. The management team was fabulous. Literally walk out the back deck down a few steps and onto the sand. Great for quiet walks on the beach--we had it to ourselves the entire time with the exception of an occasional jogger. Had a big storm one night and it was fabulous to curl up by the fire and watch the waves. For restaurants, see Trip Advisor--the reviews we used were on target. Great seafood in the area. This place books up fast so plan ahead. Better yet, do not book it-leave more days open for me.

We have stayed at the Viewmaster many times now, and we are never disappointed. We couldn't ask for a more beautiful home and location. The rental company, Sweet Homes, is absolutely the best to work with. W have stayed in many VRBO's, and the Viewmaster rates at the top of our list.

The View Master is just that.... it was an amazing family weekend.. the home was just as described, and we were able to take our pets... the weather was fantastic, even though if it had been a stormy weekend at the beach this home is set up perfectly for a storm watchers Dream! Our 4 day stay at the View Master was exceptional. The property is appropriately named as the view of the ocean was spectacular from every room. This was our first trip to Oregon and the home was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some of the wine purchased on the drive to the coast!!
